I actually prefer this version of the story since I like to think that she is trapped on the ground of the ocean for disrespecting the greek gods.
After many years the gods began to pity her and sent her into a deathlike sleeping state allowing her once in a thousand years to wander around the surface in visible ghost form, able to interact with living beings.
However, she personally thinks she is dead, having forgotten about all the years she spent in the ocean."

Somehow this picture doesn't associate with Hetalia for me. It seems so much deeper. Hetalia reminds me of some light-hearted bright colours most of the time, even if it has it's deeper & darker bits. The picture itself is amazing through. Atlantis looks gorgeous, a true beauty and I also really like her dress a lot. It looks amazing, The design is great. I love the colours of the sea as well.
